Course Objectives The objective of this course is to make students, who study Tourism and Hotel Management in the scope of Common European Framework of Reference, achieve A1.1 level.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • greet hotel guests and ask the duration of the stay
  • fill out registration
  • talk about hotel rooms
  • state the time and days of the week
  • comprehend bus and train schedules
  • communicate to take orders
